Endgame Sequence
It's kinda hard to see a way to balance but i don't think it's feasable to escape once you're the only survivor left and the killer closes the hatch triggering EGS. Though closing the hatch should always be an option for the killer the endgame shouldn't be started in my opinion.

The end game collapse has been made to avoid putting an unnecessary amount of time between the killer and the sole survivor end game. If the hatch wouldn't trigger that, egc would be pointless.
Yes, i also see that a situation like this has happened before but i also see that once this happens it's almost impossible for you to escape since you only have enough time to open one door. Once the killer sees progress on a door they camp it. Then you don't have time to try and open the other one... But that's my opinion
Except most maps tend to spawn doors close to each other allowing easy monitoring of both. I'm just making this discussion because if you're playing against a good killer you'll most definitely lose. Since I also play killer from time to time.
