Why do the devs ignore things everyone agrees on?
This post is a question for the devs. Why do you take so long to do things everybody wants or even not do them at all? Some people have been asking for features for years, ones that are legitimate, meanwhile you change things nobody asked for?
Like, for example: colorblind people are asking for a colorblind option, yet you just ignore it. Why? It would not take much time to fix and would help a lot the 4,5% of population that wants to play your game able to see basic things like sratch marks without a massive and unfair disadvantage. Just, what is the point of ignoring them?
Also, there was a time where killers were really disadvantaged, and it took years of massive amount of complaints before you fixed anything at all (yes they were survivor mains saying it was balanced but that stats on survival rate clearly showed that they were wrong). Like, why did you take years to change these things? The game is balanced right now, but it should not have been broken for so long.
Another example is how they take ages just to fix simple things like perks. That themed mindset of changing things based on something, chainsaws for example, is terrible: it will make you wait for way to long before fixing stuff, it will make you ignore blatant issues and it will even make you change things that SHOULD NOT have been changed.
Meanwhile, you do changes that no one asked for. The last update was a perfect example of that. Why did you nerf base kit Billy? Almost no one complained about that, only add ons were broken: a lot of people enjoyed playing against his base kit, so what was the point of that nerf? Is it really that hard to just revert aura changes to already existing code?
To conclude this post, I wanted to ask you this: why do you keep ignoring community complaints while changing things that are perfectly fine? Behaviour, stop focusing on useless garbage and just listen to us, please. I get that since you have no competition, you think that you can do whatever you want without any problems, but if competition ever comes, not listening to the community could kill the game. Not to mention that people do leave the game if they are to many frustrating things, even without competition. Thanks for reading.
