Why the scrapped killer "The Teacher" was cancelled
I would like to mention that the information following this discussion is only the subject of speculation and assumption.
Some already know it but in the local files of the game, there's a mysterious icon presenting a killer abandoned by the development team.
Indeed, an icon representing a certain "teacher". In my opinion, it is obvious that the teacher was punishing his students due to his cruelty making him a killer.
In my opinion, the developers scrapped the concept of this killer because violence against minors is an unhealthy and misguided concept by society that could possibly have endangered BHVR to a legal degree.
For example, in Skyrim, village children are completely invincible and this decision had prevented them from arguing against legal complaints.
I do not know if the reason has already been explained previously but this explanation turns out to be rational in my opinion.
