4.1.0: Steam: Survivors hooked under shack float outside shack

This bug is back. I hooked a survivor in the basement and there was a couple seconds pause and then she showed up hovering here. When she was unhooked, she was unhooked in the basement at the hook, BUT she landed here outside the shack.
