Hatch visual and UI not updating

Hello,

during my last match, as I was a dying Survivor, the hatch spawned near me and I could hear.

I couldn't see it, so I crawled to change my perspective.

After moving in a direction for a few seconds, it suddenly appeared! It had spawned right under were I was originally.

So neither the visual nor the prompt to use it appeared in time.

Could you plan to look into this bug please?
