Are the hotfix add-on changes (engravings mainly) set in stone?
I've just looked at a list at the planned add-on changes for the chainsaw bros uploaded today, and although some are great (Mother's Helpers, both of Hillbilly's ultra rares, Light Chassis), some are kinda disappointing or straight out baffling. The Black Grease is still weirdly specific to flashlights and with a presumably minor effect, some add-ons like the Tuned Carburetor and Shop Lubricant are still extremely flawed, but my main concern is the absolute butchering of the Engravings for both killers.
The death and doom engravings have been reverted from 15% and 30% speed respectively to 3% and 7%, being virtually not even observable as a benefit, while keeping the enormous charge time penalty? Bubba's knife scratches and beast marks are even more ridiculous, going from 5 and 10% to a staggering 0.5 and 1.5% while keeping their charge penalty? 1.5% extra speed in exchange for a massive charge time reduction? I can sort of understand why Bubba's were changed given his newfound supersonic speed, but butchering them to this level? They literally actively hurt you now! Plus, the fact they straight up removed the surprisingly useful tantrum speed increase add-ons is upsetting, in exchange for add-ons that let you rev longer as Bubba? Why? Who does that?
Hopefully these changes are just placeholders or something, because butchering the movement speed add-ons in this way is uncalled for. Especially for Hillbilly. Would like a dev to weigh in on this, it's surprising as I believe the changes since the PTB have been amazing and have saved Hillbilly from a fate akin to Nurse, and then this happens. Would appreciate an answer if you guys have the time :)
