Hillbilly's addons don't match descriptions

The title is pretty much self explanatory. Billy's addons don't do what they are supposed to do. For example : LoPro Chains should damage survivors 1 heal state within 5 seconds after breaking a pallet with the chainsaw, while it still has the PTB LoPro Chains effect. Same for Mother's Helpers and every addons that have been changed. It might be possible that Leatherface has the same problem, but I didn't play him yet to confirm this.
