Depends on how much it decreases the charge time, I didn't tested it, but I think it wouldn't be much.
Also wiki isn't updated yet, so I really don't know. :(

I got a small update today, but it doesn't say that it is a hotfix, so I don't know.

They also changed Billys pink pallet breaking addon, so survivors still go down in one hit, except if they get hit by the chainsaw within 5 seconds after Billy breaking a pallet
