Performance issues on PS4

Is anyone experiencing low frame rate and stutters on every map as both survivor and killer after installing the 4.1.0 update on PS4? Midwich and Lerys is literally unplayable, maybe 10 FPS max for me. If a killer is running Sloppy Butcher and hits a survivor the game completely freezes for a couple of seconds.

Thank you.
