Wait so i was under the impression hillbilly after ptb had his chainsaw instantly start cooling down
Like during animations/hits/when feathering chainsaw. but from the patch notes it stops the gain of heat? am i misinterpeting the wording used or does that mean he just doesn't gain additional heat? still a decent change and i'd like to see some possible tweaking after i've played with him for a bit, just afik/was aware the changes were going to be that he started cooling down immediately, just slower so people can't feather forever.
