Dark Devotion deactivates after being hit by Decisive Strike

Platform: PC

Issue: In Monto's video "My fav builds" he activates Dark Devotion and then gets hit by Decisive Strike which then deactivated Dark Devotion straight away. He also had Nemesis on so that might have contributed to the glitch as well. The glitch happens around 14:40 in the video.
