I think the pip bug is back...

Been playing a lot of survivor lately, as one does. Can't help but notice how I'm not ranking up much as I usually do or as quickly. Not doing better or worse, about the same for someone who has over 1k hours. Then it happened again today. Game said I pipped but when I checked, it didn't go up. There have been some games where I know I've done well enough to rank up, but it just doesn't. The error doesn't come up like it did before, but I know I should be ranking up. Is anyone else having this issue or noticing anything different about ranking up?
