Unresponsive in lobby

Step 1: Join match lobby as killer (I did as Trapper, bug presumably is reproducible for all killers).
Step 2: Navigate to blood web tab.
Step 3: Acquire perks/add-ons/offerings on the bloodweb in such a way so that the entity closes off the final available choice on the bloodweb.
The bloodweb will now freeze (not progress to the next bloodweb) and you will not be able to switch to the loadout/customize tabs to choose your perks/addons or change costume. Game will proceed as normal.
