PC - Silently Getting Kicked from Lobbies

Basic INFORMATION

Step 1 : Boot the game.

Step 2 : Play as survivor with friends.

Step 3 : Play and finish a game.

Step 4a: Be removed from the party without any notification.

Step 5a: While visually still in the party, friends join a game and I stay in the lobby.

OR

Step 4b: Get an unknown error has occurred message and be removed to the lobby.

Step 5b: Rejoin party and am unable to join games with friends. See Step 4a-5a.

The only thing I have found to fix it is to completely restart my game.

  • Character played - Any
  • Perks played - Any
  • Map - Any
  • Frequency of the issue - After every game
