Just curious, why do survivors get more outfits?

I know some survivors have been left untouched for months but i feel like as a killer main killers could use some alternative looks as well, excluding licensed killers. Do killers not purchase cosmetics as much?

    Survivors are probably over 80% of their income so it makes sense pleasing them over killers.

    I dont really care, I want people to continue to buy cosmetics so the game lives a nice long life.

    I dont care what it takes, BHVR keep getting that money so the investors want to continue pushing this project.

    Having seen many online games die, this is one I want to continue to play for many years. It is sad when a game dies.
