My survivor still howls like a wolf while injured, while using the perk Iron Will. And its not just a audio bug for me since killers have heard me while searching the map.
Which tier of Iron Will were you using? The perk only reduces how loud the grunts are at tiers 1 and 2. Also it doesn't activate when in the dying state.

Was the killer using Stridor?
As i said, i also hear the yelling of my character. And no, the killerS were not using stridor.

I’m having this issue on Xbox One as well. Tier 3 Iron Will. Still hearing screams of survivors Nea and Steve.
Its rank 3. I am not a newbie to this game, getting close to 1500 hours in it. Played since beta.
That's funny, I sometimes can't hear a survivor at all! Even without Iron Will!
