Trouble with party connections
Hi all,
I was hoping someone might be able to shed some light on a problem a friend and I are having with playing Dead By Daylight. We have been playing together as a party for a couple of months, but this week whenever we try to play as a party we are getting odd connection errors. The most frequent thing that is happening is once we join a party and go to the ready screen to search for a match he cannot see that I have readied up and when it finds a match it puts me in it, but not him. We have tried it both with me inviting him to the party and him inviting me. We can't figure out what is going on. We both play on the PS4 and as I said we had been able to play together for the past month all through the anniversary time. We are able to play solo games, just not as a party.
The only thing that has changed is he has a new router for his internet, but as I said he has been able to play solo games so we don't think it has to do with that.
If anyone has some insight as to how we can fix this or if it is a bug as the developers are working on the cross platform system we would appreciate it. We have been trying different things the past three days and so far no luck.
