(Flashlight) Remove the Wraiths Flashlight stun please..

.. and instead add Lightborn as basekit on him. I know its a 180 on him, but i think this would be a nice little buff for this relativly weak killer.

I also think that the Flashlight should not work so effective on the Hags trap. In my opinion a little bit dated mechanic of the game.

Any thoughts?

    it is an outdated mechanic to have certain killers more blind prone tbh.

    Survivors may cling and latch on to it, but anyone with a game balance mind can see its simply a nerf on one of the weakest killers.

    Remove wraith burn when? Simply QOL at this point.
