Did a recent Windows update screw anyone else's FPS?

Windows updated this morning and it seemed to have ruined my FPS. Before I ran at a locked 100 FPS on a GTX 2080 and a i7 7700k. Never dipped below 100 FPS at all but for maybe reaching 95 at rare moments or in a loading screen. But after this Windows update I am stuttering like nothing else. Going from 80 to 60 constantly and it is DRASTICALLY ruining gameplay.

Anyone else having the same?
