oni's power not acticating
when I press the keyboard to turn blood fury on it does not activate . I can only enable it after at least 5 minutes passed between enabling/activating it , this happens even if my blood rage meter is full it does not activate before 5 minutes ( roughly ) passed since I last activated it . also the blood rage meter does not fill up anymore after I hit a survivor and does not recharge by itself anymore , and when it is at 99 full it does not get fully filled until I collect more blood orbs .
