Still can't unlock crown on Feng Min after 4.0.2

Even though I have escaped with a crown while playing as Feng Min at least 4 times, the crown cosmetic has still not unlocked.

As far as I can tell there is no way for me to unlock it on Feng for some reason and since the event ends very soon, I'll probably never be able to.
