Morphed into a wall after being hooked

I was hooked by a Pyramid Head as Meg on Azarov's Resting Place, then drifted back a few meters into the cars against which the hook is positioned. My teammates were able to unhook me as if I was in the regular place, but my unhook animation took place with me in the cars, and I was placed on the ground amongst them. I couldn't move at all, only spin on the spot and crouch. The Pyramid Head hit me with his ranged attack, downing me, but I couldn't crawl out. My teammates were able to heal me from the outside, but I could not escape. Unbreakable brought me to my feet, but I was simply stuck in the same way a few feet forwards.
