Im doing the survey as we speak and it asks if i would like a BP incentive to switch to a role with a shorter wait time.
What this actually needs to be is just a bp boost for picking the role that has a smaller queue. They have this in overwatch and when I do play now i pick i normally play tank or healer because those are the two that gives you coins. It's not going to solve all the problems but it's a start.

You know what would be an even better idea? A few iri shards. Doesn't have to be a lot but it could build nicely overtime and would be tempting even for long term players
It just asked me for the minimum BP boost and i hope everyone says 100. I think its not even worth talking a boost under 50 but even 75 wouldn't be too tempting if it's not play the role i don't want to play you know? 100% that's a free cake/pudding (never noticed they were both desserts) that's worth it i think because you can stack another on top of it
