PC - Could not activate Oni's power after collecting all blood

For some unknown reason, my power bar filled all the way up with white, and when holding m2 afterwards, I could not collect blood or activate my power

I believe this may be related to the previous bug fixed where the passive recharge rate would bug the power while holding a survivor. Maybe the previous bug fix caused this one.

This is the first time this has happened to me.
