You can assign different button/key. "Pick up item Interactions" would be hatch, repair, heal, unhook, and picking up an item. Actions are vaulting, drop pallet, enter/exit locker. Default has them set to be the same, you can change them. I changed mine because I got sick of dropping pallets when trying to heal someone near them.

Hopefully, the new hook struggle mechanic frees up the button currently used for it
