So long story in short
Hillbilly was the perfection of a fair, funand balanced killer, that's why he needed a nerf which completely destroys his mindgame potential. the wshole reason why he has so much things you can do with him.
Call me when they nerf Wraith. Never liked that he can just spam his bell. Would be nice if Wraith's bell gets broken when he uses it too often with a long cooldown in each way.
