Why is every new cosmetic is not able to be mix and matched ?

I’ve noticed every new cosmetic Can’t be mixed and matched with other cosmetic pieces and you can no longer buy individual pieces.

If this going to happen to every skin released in the future or only for some of the cosmetics ? if so that’s going to be very disappointing because I love mixing and matching cosmetics since sometimes I don’t like the shirt of a outfit but I like the hair or the weapon etc.

    No. Not_Queen explained that linking cosmetics allowed them more freedom for more creative cosmetics. They won't be doing it with every new cosmetic.
