These is a lot question about silent hill on the player satisfaction survey. It looks like devs may rework the silent hill. Cheryl Mason soul guard and repressed Alliance perks is fine and useful. The Blood pact is only used for reduce the chance to be obsession. And they should add some non chain set for Cheryl Mason. The one thing I want to change Pyramid head for now is the mori time, he is so fast to mori survivor. The new map exit gate is fixed so that is almost impossible to escape when the only one left.
The other thing:
Looks like they want to more collaborate with different movie and story to make theme chapter.
They want to add some match system like Friday the 13th, the players choose the killer and survivors same time and let system pick you as killer or survivors to solve waiting time for matching when there is unbalance number of the killer and the survivors.
The problem that they don't have a plan or don't want to solve:

The chain set problem, I saw someone used the first nea chain set and the player only use the new head so that could be a bug or third party software. I can clearly see that the nea head only 50% area cover with red hair and the other 50% is totally empty and shiny .The other normal set like Cheryl Mason can be mix and looks fine but they lock it.
The other thing that I want them to solve as fast as possible:
Rework the rank system: The rank system is so broken and also the rank match system
Dedicated server: They said they are working on it.
Some map is still dark to see especially new map of silent hill, they may need to increase the brightness for survivors and sightly decrease the brightness for hex totems and no change for killer.
The future problem:
I predict it will have a too many killer power and new perks problem like R6. They will may change and add some new mechanism to make a new perks or killer power.

They always have a survey about the new dlc asking how everyone likes it. The other stuff is new and hopefully will bring change.
