Survivor stuck on hook without progression.

Happens with every killer
The survivor gets no hook progression and the killer (me) has to dc. Extremely annoying that has been in the game for at least 2 patches now.
Chainsaw also wasn't functioning during the bug and my movement was buggy. Survivor in the endgame chat said they could see my camera position.
