Short awnser: No
Long Awnser: It won't fix it basically because Dead Hard us to do with latency. Server Hit Validation will only fix hits that look extremely absurd on the survivors side due to the killer having high ping.
the only way Dead Hard gets fixed is if God himself fixes it
