So let me get this straight, Cheryl has a LEGENDARY skin that basically changes her character model and animations. Makes sense you can't combine those with other cosmetics right? So why does Pyramid Head's VERY RARE outfit not allow customization??? It doesn't change him to someone else, hell I don't even see where there would be problems with different pieces being combined to begin with. Was this Konami's decision? We buy cosmetics so we can CUSTOMIZE our characters and that privilege is just taken away for certain cosmetics.
