Having some BAD FPS problems for the last few days.
Thinking it is due to updating to Nvidia's 451.48 GeForce drivers. But something is broken here.
Im running an i7 7700k CPU and a RTX 2080, before FPS counts was locked at 100. There wasn't a hitch to be seen or felt outside of first load of the day. But now Im constantly going from 60-90 FPS and it looks like hell while feeling like #########.
Non stop stuttering is ruining most everything. Tracking Survivors like this has been hell with being unable to follow the already iffy scratch marks. Just looking around with the mouse has been painful when the frames are skipping all over the place.
Anyone else having this problem?

Confirmed to be Nvidia drivers just being crap. Went to an older driver and am back to near perfect gameplay.
