Struggle phase bug

RiskyShark

This has happened to me twice on Xbox one I don't know what triggers it but I'll be pressing the A button to struggle and right when someone is about to save me I'll just die and be sacrificed this has only happened to me recently ever since the 4.0.2 patch came out
