The new add-ons are underwhelming
Charge time has always been the supreme stat for Hillbilly and Leatherface, and it seems it will continue to be.
None of the new add-ons made me think, "This would be worth it over Carb Tuning Guide, Thompson's Mix/The Grease, or Primer Bulb."
Hillbilly's Iridescent is a glorified speed limiter! And I'll have to burn 7k BP every time it pops up, ######### man.
