Bugged survivor head while injured

Whenever you get injured as survivor, your head barely turns when looking around. This makes it practically impossible for the killer to notice if a survivor is looking around or not. Killers like Huntress or Nurse, that heavily rely on information, are mostly affected by this.

I'm playing on Steam.

This problem happens every game and you can reproduce it by simply injuring someone.
