Scarecrow Killer Concept
Jeepers Creepers inspired killer.
Can hide on and teleport to decoy scarecrows around the map. Has a throwing knife projectile and melee attack.
Perks: replace whispers with a similar perk themed around smelling survivors the entity wishes to consume. A obsession perk for a survivor that the killer especially wishes to steal a body part from. A new totem perk which hides the killers terror radius until the totem is cleansed.
Mori animation would be the scarecrow ripping out the survivors eyes and replacing his own with them.
Map could include the infamous body tunnel, corn field, police station and old cat ladies house.
What do you think? I would be terrified to play against this killer.

Get Victor Salva to sell the right's to behaviour, they could keep the lore and change the entire look of the character jk
They've already stated that they won't touch Jeepers Creepers, but a Scarecrow would be cool. Have decoys you can teleport to that give aura reading with addons. I think a perk that makes crows follow people for a bit when disturbed would be awesome as well
Righteous ,Makes me think they should just add the crow then,they could add they TV series version from 2001 meh *oh it was in 1998.*
This would be a really cool concept. Just remove everything about jeepers creepers and it'd be even better.
I feel like if they'd do a scare crow killer it would probably be like post Visual gameplay update fiddle sticks from LoL.
His ability would be to make illusionary scare crows that mimick him and can out right attack with illusionary attacks that don't deal damage but forces a survivor to scream.
He could have an alt attack create a vision hindering crow swarm for lets just say 20 seconds at the player while his illusions can also throw this but if a survivor stands still while under the effects of the illusionary crows the visual blocker is dispelled.
