The matchmaking is bad
There are 20 ranks and because you can only fall back one tier, there are enough people in higher tiers, that don't belong there. You get a taste of this, when you face good survivors or a good killer and just feel helpless and you get your ass handed, even when the rank shows you are at the same rank.
It's not fun, when you have played 300 hours and you face survivors that played each 2000 hours, you have most likely no chance of winning this, because they are so much better than you.
Would be like, you are gold rank in overwatch and have to play against master or grandmaster. The game is not fun.
