They have been bugged since the event started whoch has been acknowledged by the devs.
They are working on it and have extended the event by another week and logging in between July the 7th and the 14 with give you a one off bloodpoint bonus.

They haven't said How much for now and i'd wager it will be kept as a surprise. We will just have to wait and see when we log on 😉.
