PC - Oni's power fails to activate

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as Oni
Step 3 : In-game, obtain enough Blood Orbs (100) through the use of his Absorb power (While I haven't attempted to reproduce this by gaining Blood Orbs through striking a healthy survivor, using the Absorb power seems to be a functional way of reproducing.)
After step 3, It's beyond my knowledge how to reproduce this bug, but if reproduced, the power gauge will be full, however, it will remain in white color. Using the Active Ability button does not activate the power, and attempting to absorb further orbs will result in a frame of the power attempting to activate, as it disables the 'Absorb' ability prompt, but quickly cancelling this action.
- Character played - Oni
- Perks played - Dying Light III, Blood Echo III, Hex: Ruin III, Barbecue & Chilli II
- Map - Yamaoka Estate: Sanctum of Wrath
- Frequency of the issue - Low. However, I have experienced multiple different Oni bugs regarding his power quite frecuently.

I have the same issue. Although for me, when have the power gauge 99%, and then the 1% is just passive recharge, when it comes to 100%, I can't use my power or absorb blood orbs & the same thing happens like in your video. Major issue that ruins the game.

Ive had the same bug it seemed thappen by the natural regen of his power i was carying a surivor and gained my power hooked them tried to activate it bar was red and said m2 blood fury but it wouldnt start hitting a surivor seemed to fix it both times it happened
same. It did later on but at first I couldnt activate it.
Same Issue here.
