Uncaging a survivor gives no notification to the killer

Unless that's working as expected, when someone gets uncaged, I don't get a sound/visual notification, like for unhooks. Might have already been reported, but who knows, in case it wasn't..

(also, on a related-ish note, triggering the collapse sometimes starts the sirens sound from loading the Midwich School map, same, I assume it might have already been reported but just in case..)
