Dead Hard freezes the game for a split second, then doesn't give you the boost

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match

Step 3 : Dead Hard whilst in a chase

Step 4 : Notice the game freezing for a split second, you become exhausted and are not given the boost

Character played - Nea
Map - Springwood
Frequency of the issue - Has happened a few times across the few days since the 4.0.1 update. As I constantly switch survivors with the same build i'm not sure if its on just Nea or everybody else
