Nurse can't blink after hooking a surv on Dead Dawg Saloon's basement (PC)

I downed a survivor and went inside the basement of Dead Dawg Saloon. Hooked her and I lagged for a few seconds and then the ping returned to normal. However, I can't blink now. I hold M2 and my power just jittered like hell. My blink returned to normal once I started a chase with another survivor. I have experienced a few times before on different maps like The Pale Rose and Suffocation Pit even without lag or hooking a survivor. Just Nurse's blink jitters or bugs out.
