Killer add-ons unequip after every game

Issue: After every game as a killer your add-ons are unequiped even if you have multiple of the same add-on, similar to survivors. This only happened after the 4.0.2 update on Switch today.

Replication: Play a game with add-ons as killer and see if they unequip themselves after the match.
