Wasn't Freddy supposed to receive a rework?

Didn't they say he was going to be reworked, with this chapter? And yet nothing was said about him, in the PTB patch notes. I understand PTB patch notes may not be definitive and contain something else on full live client release, but that is something important that would have needed some space in the notes. So, seems like he will still be as is. Any news?

They said he´ll get a complete rework, and that will drop later than the small changes of the Wraith.
Maybe mid season patch or next season.

This is completely off topic but do you know when the seasons reset? Does the platform determine the time of reset?

They said his changes will arrive in the Mid-Chapter patch. So a month and a half after the PTB Chapter goes to the live build.

He’ll probably get it in the mid chapter patch

They said his changes will be coming after the next chapter, with the mid-season update. Wraith got his rework first, then Freddy.
