What's taking so long?
I've submitted a ticket. Its been more than 12 days, there's still no response to my ticket. I'm truly disappointed with this delay. I don't know any other game where it takes so long for the initial response to a ticket. Can any mod shed any light to what is happening with my ticket? Will it be responded to?
It's a technical issue I'm facing with matchmaking on PS4 for quite a while. It is literally making the game unplayable and unfun for me. Kindly respond.

It's been 4 years. Wouldn't have some so far, if they didn't. But this does make feel very disappointed. I'm pretty sure they have seperate team handling tickets.
