DbB for diskless setup

Hello. I would like to install DbD in my internet cafe. Is there an edition of DbD where I can purchase the game then like DoTA II, multiple players can log in and play the game without purchasing DbD? Or should each player purchase the game first before they can play?

My shop is in diskless setup (1 server and client PCs w/o hdd)

Thanks in advance
