Pyramid Head Addons are identical

The yellow 'Spearhead' Addon and the brown 'Copper Ring' Addon have identical text:

Slightly increases the total amount of time that Rites of Judgment can be performed.

The only difference is that the Copper Ring has some Flavor Text at the bottom. Is the yellow one supposed to be 'Moderately increases'?
