Invisible collision on Grim Pantry edge tile slope

I was running up the slope on edge tile Str_02 when I ran into an invisible collision that stopped me. Walking did not help. I could move down the slope past the collision, but not up. It is located between two rocks and a tree where the cat-tail reeds are.
