Did BHVR helped to develop these games?

I was seeing the games that BHVR interactive made, and in the same page, it was showing games that they Helped somehow to develop, games like: Days Gone, FALLOUT 4, fallout shelter, HALO and other games. Did BHVR really helped in these games development or it was me that read something wrong and created all this by no reason?
