Apparently the person who thinks clown is just underrated and has some secret power that the entirety of the rank 1 and ttv community has not been able to find, is the same person behind the terrible gearhead nerf, the legion nerf last year than made him extremely painfully slow and non-viable, trail of torment giving away way too much information, and I'm sure many other bad design choices that we now have to suffer through atm. The fact that this person, who doesn't seem to have any awareness of how the game is played at high levels, is the game's "balance guy" is extremely worrying to me. After the latest Q&A this has become quite apparent to the community it seems.

And the type of perks this game has been getting lately (am i right to assume this guy 'balances' these perks as well?), where you can get a decent, maybe good effect out of it (that another perk or two can already do) but you need to complete this 12-step program in order for it to activate and it only happens when Jupiter and Saturn are co-linear while standing in the killer shack and Mars is in opposition while eclipsed by Venus, but if you aren't drinking goat's milk and singing Dies Irae it doesn't work unless the Groundhog can see its shadow and and... This is not good or creative perk design. The amount of bad perks (almost all killer perks) that have come out of this game in the past 3 or 4 dlcs is astounding.

I only hope that if you intend to keep this guy on the team that he has some sort of supervisor that actually plays the game and knows what the hell is going on in high level play.

(And before you hop on my ass, I heavily criticize this game because I love it and I want it to be good, and right now, myself and many others are seeing a huge issue concerning the people who balance this game and design perks)
